Epiphytic orchid, intergeneric hybrid. Sympodial growth habit, roots and leaves sprout from rhizome. Thickened green pseudobulb present, stores water and food for plant.Flowers yellow, large lip, long-lasting. Borne on long, branched, arching spikes. Known as spray orchid in floristry industry.Prefers bright light, consistently moist conditions, warm day and cooler nights.
